"German Chamomile (also called Blue Chamomile) is a major anti-inflammatory both internally and externally and on all types of tissue.  Use this alone or with lavender for bad burns or if blisters have already formed on a burn.  All skin conditions with redness benefit: rashes, burns, sunburns, itching, even some eczema and psoriases.  Also compress on inflamed or swollen veins, hemorrhoids, varicosities, and thread and spider veins.  Reasonably antibacterial and antiseptic, it's an excellent clanser for sensitive, inflammed, or problem skin.

German chamomile is instantly anxiolytic; drink it or mist it on when stressed before exams, presentations, or major events to calm and center and get rid of a nervous stomach.  Because it is balancing to the autonomic nervous system, it is particularly beneficial to the Type A personality.
