We primarily ship orders through USPS (US Postal Service), but occasionally utilize UPS for large orders.

Pallet orders are shipped VIA FedEx and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

All orders are insured against damages, please contact me if your product arrives broken.  Most of our products are contained in glass bottles.  We do our best to pack orders with plenty of padding, but occasionally we do see breakage.  If you order during the winter, and your area or our area, is experiencing freezing temperatures, we will include a warmer in each box but please plan track your package and do not leave exposed to freezing temperatures.
