All orders are insured against damages, please contact me if your product arrives broken.  Most of our products are contained in glass bottles.  We do our best to pack orders with plenty of padding, but occasionally we do see breakage.  If you order during the winter, and your area or our area, is experiencing freezing temperatures, we will include a warmer in each box but please plan to track your package and do not leave hydrosols or other liquids exposed to freezing temperatures.
