Our Certified Organic hydrosols are distilled from herbs and flowers that are grown here on our small, family farm.  We use large, copper stills in a style that has been traditionally used for centuries to produce these aromatic flower waters.  Using fresh, mountain spring water and gentle heat, we distill over a long, slow distillation to fully extract a plants aromatic and bio-chemical components.
